Delete your Wormix.io account

You can do this yourself, in the game, in under a minute.

Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and diamonds you have paid for are not refunded. Your name is released and somebody else may take it.

In the game

  1. Open wormixio.com, or the Wormix app.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the menu to open Account.
  3. Sign in if you are not already.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
  5. Type your password and confirm.

The account is erased immediately. You are not sent an email, and there is no waiting period or recovery window.

If you cannot sign in

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in form first — it is the quickest route, and it needs the recovery email you set on the account.

If that is not possible, email privacy@wormixio.com from the address on the account, or with the account name, and ask for it to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Anonymous daily totals — page views, games played, scores — are already stored without any link to a person and cannot be traced back to you, so there is nothing in them to remove. They are deleted on their own after 90 days.

Your payment provider (Google or Stripe) keeps its own transaction records under its own policy and its own legal obligations. We do not control those, and we cannot delete them.
Progress saved on a device while signed out is not part of your account and is not touched. To clear that, clear the site's data in your browser, or uninstall the app.
